INTIMATE SOIRÉES DESIGN & STYLING

  • Designed for celebrations of up to 50 guests, this service is ideal for intimate dinners, milestone birthdays, christenings and bridal showers.

    Curating considered events that transform smaller gatherings into immersive, design-led experiences. From mood and colour to florals and styling details, every element is thoughtfully developed to feel cohesive and deeply personal.

    *A minimum styling budget of $5,000 is required.

EVENT DESIGN & STYLING

  • A complete creative direction, thoughtfully shaped from beginning to end.

    We develop the visual language of your celebration — from colour story and florals to spatial flow, graphics and styling details — ensuring every element feels connected and considered.

    Through a comprehensive design brief and curated supplier management, your wedding becomes more than a series of beautiful moments. It becomes an experience layered with atmosphere, cohesion and intention.

  • Our most comprehensive service — combining full creative direction with considered planning and on-the-day leadership.

    From initial concept through to final pack down, every element — aesthetic and logistical — is thoughtfully developed and professionally managed from beginning to end. We oversee suppliers, timelines, budgets and production to ensure the experience feels seamless, cohesive and intentional.

    With Philoxi guiding both vision and execution, your celebration unfolds with clarity, structure and confidence.

    *A minimum styling budget of $15,000 is required.

EVENT DESIGN, STYLING & PLANNING

Once your design direction is confirmed and your service is booked, we’ll work together to establish a STYLING BUDGET that reflects your vision and aligns with your anticipated spend.

Please note that the design service fee covers our creative direction and the full management required to bring that vision to life. This includes concept development, sourcing, detailed planning, supplier coordination, timelines, and ongoing communication across all vendors involved in the design. The styling budget is separate and is allocated to the physical elements of your event including florals, furniture, signage, printing and other visual details.

A 2-HOUR CREATIVE IMMERSION

The art of uncovering your story and shaping it into an experience.

Before any aesthetic takes form, we begin with understanding — of you, your love, and the kind of presence you want your day to hold. This 2-hour one-on-one session is included in all our full-service packages, but it can also be booked as a standalone offering. It’s an intimate, creative deep dive designed for couples seeking clarity, direction and intention.

    • A guided exploration of your personal style, values, and the tone you want your celebration to evoke

    • Curated discussions around guest experience, spatial flow, colour story, mood, and design signatures

    • Insight into what to prioritise (and what to let go of) — grounded in your aesthetic and budget

    • Recommendations of trusted creatives and suppliers aligned to your vision

  • After the session, you’ll receive a tailored Digital Style Guide — a clear and curated reference that will inform every aesthetic and planning decision to come.


  • The total investment for the two hour session and Digital Style Guide is $800*

    *Should you decide to engage Philoxi Styling for full-service planning or styling, the session fee will be deducted from your chosen package.

THINGS TO CONSIDER

The above pricing should be viewed as a guide as we will determine your final budget based on your custom design requirements. 

There are also some variables that are excluded from the service hire fee and styling budget. These can include factors such as your venue location, bump in/out times, whether your wedding is a sit down or stand up event, number of guests etc.

STAFFING & TRAVEL

Staffing for your event and labour costs will not be included in your initial quote as this will vary greatly on your chosen venue, design and the time we have to set up and pack down.

Whilst we are based in Melbourne and service across Victoria, we are able to travel interstate for an additional fee.
