MARIA & GORDAN
Inspired by the romance and artistry of the Renaissance, Maria and Gordan's celebration was a love letter to beauty in all its forms.
Every detail felt intentional. Every concept, considered. A statue welcomed guests into the celebration, holding a crimson sign bearing the couple's names — the first introduction to a colour that would weave itself throughout the evening. White flooded the space, creating moments of softness and allowing each touch of red to feel all the more striking.
From a modular seating chart inspired by the Renaissance lovers first introduced through their invitations, to a semi-circular bridal table designed to draw guests closer into the celebration, every concept was approached as a work of art in its own right. Together, we paid homage to the old world while feeling entirely at home in the present. Behind the bridal table, a looping projection created movement and atmosphere, while touches of crimson woven through the stationery, layered fringing details and a red carpet leading guests towards the heart of the room ensured the story remained cohesive from beginning to end.
The celebration did not seek to recreate the Renaissance, but rather capture its spirit — rooted in romance and inspired by art, every detail had its place in the story.
